Public Access Defibrillators
If someone suffers an out of hospital cardiac arrest, a defibrillator will give them the best possible chances of survival. But a recent study suggests that public access defibrillators are used in less than 10% of incidents.
A primary aim of our charity to increase the provision of these publicly accessible defibrillators, and encourage local people to use them when required. Do you know where your nearest available defibrillator is?
If there's no defibrillator near you, why not apply for one today! We have funding available for new Community Public Access Defibrillator sites anywhere in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. Simply fill out an application form, we will then assess local need and offer full or partial funding for the equipment required. If we offer partial funding, we'll help you fundraise the difference!
